As the fight against the novel coronavirus continues, I have compiled some photos of victims of Coronavirus battling for their lives in Intensive Care Units around the world.
I did this because of the heightened ignorance that has permeated our neighborhood that the virus is not real. Yesterday, I was arguing with a friend, an independent graduate and he arrogantly said that the virus was not in Nigeria. He said this in the midst of fairly educated people and they all were egging him on, saying that our Federal Government wants to punish us unnecessarily.
I felt bad because if an educated man could spew forth such balderdash, what will then happen to the ignorant ones?
From the foregoing, it is apparent that many people are clearly ignorant of the deadly virus or probably grossly underinformed.
In a bid to dispel these rumours, I had to bring these images from reputed and leading news websites in the world to show that the virus is real.
